Place did not have signs showing name of property. Property is gated with a guard to open the gate. No one was on duty and office was closed. I had o have the guard open the office and process me for the nights stay.

The facilities are definitely dated but the price was very reasonable. More importantly to me.... the room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Ocotillo, especially if you are budget concious.

The door bolt did not lock only the handle locked. They also charged me a $100 deposit but I have not received my payment back. I will have to pursue that deposit. Not worth the few bucks saved pick a better hotel to stay at.

Do not stay here

I do not recommend this place. No staff at all aside from a security guard. We didn’t even stay here, we left to go somewhere else. The room we got had stains on the sheets and pillows, the door lock was missing a bolt, it’s advertised as a hotel but it’s actually a motel. Is isn’t safe or clean.

The hotel was also an apartment and the whole atmosphere was a little scary. Did not like our hotel room. No ice machine, no ice bucket, no disposable cups for tooth brushing, no chairs
