Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at this complex 5 or 6 times and this villa is one of the best. Jerolyn was very responsive to any questions, not that there were a lot, as no problems with booking, check in or check out. Stayed for 2 weeks and everything we needed was in villa. We would highly recommend staying at the villa. Thanks again Jerolyn

Condo at Tapatio Ciffs

Great place to stay. The condo is exactly what the pictures show. It is very comfortable, has a great outdoor area and is super close to the pool and hot tub. The beds and bedding were clean and comfy while the whole condo has a very cozy feel. I gave 4 stars for clean as we felt the cleaners could have wiped the kitchen and door areas better. Nothing terrible and would not deter us from booking again. Jerolyn is a great host and was easy to reach when necessary. She genuinely wants to make sure you have a great stay. Restaurant suggestions they made were great. Will book again!

Kitchen and supplies well stocked

My wife and I stayed 4 weeks; our son stayed 7 days. Only our 2nd rental, 1st VRBO. Generally impressed. The pool and hot tub being 50 steps from front door was great. Liked the area, near Fry's supermarket and gas station, catholic church, mountain hiking, etc. Not lacking for any supplies and kitchen items. Clean. Great communication with owner. Only 2 complaints. The internet speed was SLOW; constantly having to reload internet pages. BR tv often buffering; LR tv sometimes buffering. And that was while only my wife and I were there. Other complaint is the 2nd BR, across hall from Master BR, has a 5 foot square opening in the middle of the back wall overlooking the front foyer and living area. Disruptive for dwellers in that BR; if no guests staying over that is not a problem. Seems that opening should be drywalled shut. Perhaps a little pricey with those 2 complaints factored in. Thanks Jerolyn for overall great accomodations.

First Phoenix Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Phoenix. The property was clean, nicely furnished and provisioned. We enjoyed most meals there. We visited the Desert Botanical Gardens with the Chihuly Exhibit and had lunch at Gertrude’s there. The home’s outdoor patio space was very nice especially in the evening with lights and the fountain. The pool was wonderful and people were very friendly. We hiked twice in North Mountain Park and once in Lookout Mountain Park, both very close by. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Phoenix.

We were so happy to stay in this condo. It is everything advertised. Communication was outstanding, home was clean, stocked with basics to make our stay easier. It felt like home and was very inviting. Community is quiet and gated. North mountain is very close by and was a great hike! If we visit again we will look to stay at this condo!

Perfect place perfect location

We loved our stay, the condo was clean and had all we needed! An added plus was how close North Mountain is, got up and hiked to the top many mornings. The area around is quiet and away from all the business! We definitely would love to return.

Wonderful!!!!!!!

We were so sad to leave this wonderful courtyard villa!!! It was everything it said it was and more! The beds and furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the decoration was beautiful and the courtyard was a favourite, especially at nights when it was lit with garden lights. The pool was fabulous and only steps away from the villa. Hiking was easily accessible and within walking distance. Location was central to everything in Phoenix. The hosts were warm and wonderful to work with. They thought of everything to make this villa a home away from home. We will happily return again and again! A big thank you to the Gibson’s!!!!!!
