Beautiful home, exceptionally clean. We used every amenity during our stay, I think: pool (we paid extra to have it heated), gas grill, putting green, giant Connect 4 game, pool toys and floaties, televisions, Pac-Man arcade game, billiards, board games, kitchen, laundry… It truly has everything you could need and so many additional things you didn’t even realize you wanted. I especially enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well-stocked kitchen in addition to having a gas grill. With the pool heated, we were able to swim at 8am or 8pm, and the patio has plenty of lounge chairs and seating along with being beautifully lit at night. The bedrooms were comfortable with spacious closets and soft bedding. The baths were well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, and plenty of towels. Pool towels were provided also. We are so used to having to buy a lot of the basics when we arrive at a rental, and the only thing we needed mid-week was table salt. They’ve thought of everything and it’s all there when you arrive (except your groceries, of course, but check the pantry first). The neighborhood is so quiet and morning walks brought greetings from neighbors. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within 10 mins, and you can walk a trail directly to Target when you realize you forgot the hot sauce. We had a perfect Spring Break here and the host responded immediately to any of our questions.
