I booked a room at comfort suites Phoenix Arizona. upon arrival, I was disappointed to see that the pool was closed, seeing as I had booked this hotel for the breakfast included and the pool. My friend decided to take a shower, and the handle of the shower came off in her hand. Along with the fact that the water would not get cool. It was scolding hot. She suffered through it. We were upgraded up free of charge which was very sweet and helpful. When we got to the second room We checked to see if the shower handle was good and the water worked which it did. I went to turn on the lights next to the bed and they would not turn on. We called the front desk and the clerk tried to fix the problem. He said he would get maintenance in here asap in the morning. No maintenance came in the morning. When I went to the front desk this morning and they said they don’t have maintenance on the weekend. Only helpful person the entire trip was Joseph the night clerk

The pool was pretty dirty at the bottom. The ac on the floors didn’t seem to be working so it was a bit stuffy in the hallways.

We noticed the bathtub enamel was quite discolored, and the faucet very difficult to turn on /off. The A/C worked well however the unit was very loud; unable to use it during the night.
