I booked a poolside room this year, and it was absolutely amazing to be able to have that accessibility to outside without having to go through the main entrance of the hotel

For the most part, everyone was ok. When I checked in the staff member told me I would get my $100 deposit back when I checked out. That is not correct, it was released to come back to me when I checked out, but I have to wait 5-7 business days to see it. Major inconvenience since the amount went up to $100. When traveling, that $100 can go a long way. When I got to my room both trash cans were full of trash. Everything else was fine.

We booked two rooms. We asked and expected the rooms be close together. We were issued rooms at the opposite ends of the building. Also I had tried for two days to contact this hotel by the direct phone number listed. The first time it rang for 12 minutes and disconnected, the second it rang for 9 minutes. A male voice answered sounding disgruntled and told me the swimming pool was not heated then hung up. The customer checking in before of us had the same complaint about trying to call the hotel. The pool temperature was OK and the hot tub was hot. Our room smelled like a fish had died in it prior to us using the room. The other room was fine. Beyond the hotels control, someone was smoking marijuana near the elevators and that stunk up the hallway for several hours.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. This is a great location and family friendly. Breakfast was small but had great options even for my toddler. The portable crib was also amazing to have glad thos was offered not mamy hotels offer that and its a life saver. The only thing we noticed that was very weird was only half a paint job was done in the halls half the doors were grey the others still wood finish.

The location was good. A lot of the conveniences were broken, such as the ice machines and gym equipment. The furniture was was also very stained in our room. The key cards were also very finicky. The staff was nice and helpful.
