Our newly remodeled 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath with fun outdoor amenities to include gas fire pit, gas barbecue, putting green and walking distance to incredible hiking trails. Only half mile to restaurants and groceries. Shopping, restaurants and movies at Norterra only 5 minutes away. Newly furnished luxury property with heated pool and hot tub a quick walk away. Private access to basketball, volleyball and tennis courts! After each stay, the house is professionally cleaned.

Our stay was enjoyable and the price was right but the property was a little run down. Cabinet doors falling off. Bathroom fans extremely noisy. Rock garden needed weeding. No bedside lamps. Host did not answer questions.

Great Location for our Competition

Property was clean and well maintained. It was very close to so many of our favorite places in the area and very near where most of our other friends were staying for the Competition in North Phoenix.

Spacious and Relaxing

After at first fumbling with the keypad to enter this gated housing area (my fault) it turned out to be a great stay for us. It was convenient to our activities but most importantly comfortable for the four of us staying. It was clean inside and out. We each had our own bed. The bed I slept in had four pillows with varying density so I was able to choose one that worked well for me. Be aware there is no shower or tub downstairs--that may be important for someone who doesn't manage stairs well. Also, if you're driving a large vehicle you'll want to park on the street (if there are available spots). The Tacoma we rented fit just fine in garage. You'll get by with everything provided from dishes to towels. I do recommend that you bring your own bath soap/shampoo and some coffee grounds... great thing is there's a large grocery store just 3-4 blocks away and right next door is an excellent pizza establishment (Starbucks & Burger King too). Larger chain eating establishments are within 10-15 minutes drive--not bad at all. The neighborhood is super quiet so you can relax whether you're outside putting on the awesome putting green or chillin' in the house. We did not take in the trail behind the neighborhood but the entire area looks well maintained and secure. A good judge is if I'd rent the place again... yes to this one. I'd rent it again.

A few disappointments

The house is lovely - plenty of room - loved the outdoor fire pit The kitchen pots and pans and cooking dishes need updated and more is needed-half a blender is there- More utensils needed and coffee cups While finally ready to relax at night- it was impossible due to many many flies bussing around your face and body- the door was not left open at any time- Just a few suggestions to make it even better! I reached out 3-4 times the day before with some questions and I never heard back once

Wedding Stay

We spent two days at the property and it was extremely clean and spacious! We got married in New River and the house gave us a place to call home base for the weekend. There was plenty of room to enjoy spending time with our out of town family and also to get the bridal party ready in the morning. Would stay again if needed.

It's was okay.

The property was big and in a location that was incredibly close to multiple freeways. However, sheets were wrinkled and a bit dirty. And linen closet look like sheets were just thrown in there it weren't even folded. We were satisfied. And it was a comfortable place to stay. I just wish it was a bit tidier.
