Beautiful & Spacious

Our family with 9 adults and 2 babies stayed at this lovely house for a long weekend in Scottsdale. Four bedrooms, including the main, were on one side of the house, and two more bedrooms were on the other side. It worked out really well. All agreed that the beds and pillows were excellent. The sofa and chairs in the living room were comfy and in great shape. Every room had bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and pool towels. A hallway closet was stocked with extra towels, which was really nice. The kitchen was stocked with paper towels, dishwasher pods, towels, and trash bags and bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper. The pool was water was brilliant and clear. We loved using the BBQ grill in the lovely outdoor patio. There were plenty of pool loungers and chairs. It was really nice having full access to the garage and laundry room with new washer and dryer. The neighborhood is so quiet and very beautiful. The property manager was just a text away, and always responsive with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

This home has it all! A beautiful private oasis of a backyard perfect for all activities in and out of the sun! The pool makes the 100+ degree weather so much more enjoyable! The home is beautifully kept and well stocked. They had everything you would think to need at the house and went above and beyond on their customer service for all questions and requests!!! Would definitely stay again!

9 of us stayed here for a Bachelor party. The property was fantastic and actually exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor space in general. Perfect Location

The house came exactly as advertised, and even surpassed expectations in other areas. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the location is SO close to everything you'd want to do in Scottsdale (short Uber or car rides to Old Town, World Class Golf, Sky Harbor Airport, Casinos, and all manner of nightlife. The property manager was very responsive in all communication including the lead up to the trip - I would definitely go back for some relaxing time in the sun and pool at this spot.

Phoenix Open Week!

The perfect place for hosting! Awesome layout….unbeatable location in North Scottsdale. Close to N Scottsdale Airport, Kierland, and the Phoenix Open. Pool and Hot tub were excellent features....as was the pool table and all the kitchen amenities. Host was top notch and went way above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The best Scottsdale experience possible

I have never been to Scottsdale but my brother wanted to go for his bachelor party. We asked the Premier AZ for recommendations and showed us a few locations on their tablet at the front door which allowed us to communicate any issues to them instantly, which we never really needed to use. The pool was spectacular, we spent an entire afternoon by the pool and playing the cornhole and frisbeer set ups they had at the house. The location was right near the heart of Scottsdale, we were able to stock up at a nearby Costco and had no shortage of bars to choose from. While stuck waiting for an Uber at the Devil's Advocate after a football game, I spoke to some locals about things to do near the house and they said the house is in the best spot for everything.

Property manager was great, very quick to help and respond. House is on a massive lot, so many plants ext. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool and hot-tub is awesome but could use some TLC. The water slide added a lot of fun. Great location. House could use attritional items (Saran wrap, sugar, garbage cans ext) overall we would stay here again

Wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful time here with our adult kids and their boyfriends. Great communication from the property management and host. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering - big well-equipped kitchen, nice buit-in BBQ, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The backyard was great and we spend almost all our time outside, including paying games and cards every night.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house for a golf trip with friends and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The house was perfect for a large group like ours with plenty of space and all the amenities we could ever need. The outdoor area was a standout feature for us, with the perfect balance of sun and shade and even a TV to watch while lounging. The beds in every room were incredibly comfortable and the big TVs throughout the house were a nice touch. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious getaway with friends or family.
