The hotel was nice and new..... the ceilings were thin..... kind of annoying to hear people stomping around. The staff was rude...... booked three rooms and we wanted to have one room with a late check out because the kids were in a tournament. Staff was so rude about it and said No.... didn't even check if they could, they just said "Absolutely Not" and have attitude. Won't stay here again

The staff was kind and welcoming! The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star was because of the wifi. The WiFi would disconnect you the next day, causing you to sign in - when you signed in too many times it would restrict your WiFi. You either had to pay for it, or go without. Other than that, staff was kind and responsive, the room was beautiful, the area is quiet and tucked away.

The kitchen was nice and we appreciated the full size refrigerator. The room was clean and parking was onsite and well lit. The air conditioning worked great. The staff were efficient and kind.

The free WiFi only aloud one device and the top plan only aloud 3. Not great for a family from out of country with multiple devices each. I’ve never seen that in a hotel in all my travels. Also there was a broken light switch so the under counter light couldn’t be turned off without using the master switch. But if that was turned off the outlets by the bed didn’t work so you couldn’t have your phone close or use the bathroom light.

The room was nice and so was the staff. I wouldn't choose this property again. At 2am Sunday we were awakened by a group of people who had just returned from a night out - they appeared to be drunk. They stood outside their Uber screaming and fighting for about 90 minutes. We were surprised the staff didn't do anything about this. It was very disruptive and we didn't sleep. The morning of my departure a few days later, at 8:00am someone tried to enter my room unannounced. There was 1 knock then the handle turned and door opened. It was unnerving. I yelled out. And the door closed as the gentleman apologized. When I reported it to the front desk I was told, "That's not supposed to happen." (Obviously). I checked with housekeeping who said they begin work at 9:30. I'm glad I was not in the shower. This is a very strange vibe at this property. Not recommended.

The property was very clean. It says 24 hr front desk, but multiple times they weren’t around, including checkout. We only saw a bell on the counter once to ring for service. The internet is awful. When we asked about it, he gave us a password, said to pick whatever we wanted for service and we would be comped, but if that didn’t work, he gave us a number to call. Still didn’t work well for my husband. The hotel is very loud, you can hear people walking around above us, and can hear conversations in the hallways very easily.
