Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium residence located in Fountain of the Sun in Mesa, Arizona, newly furnished and ready for winter occupancy. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Corner setting with lush lawn and trees on the north side of this unit. Easy access to freeways, activity center, swimming pool, postal services, medical care, golf, and all other community amenities. Resort living all in one location!
Fountain of the Sun is conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurant, shopping and services options The activity center offers many activities and classes to participate in, some for a small fee.
Each bedroom is nicely appointed, including new queen-sized pillow-top mattress and box springs sets in each room. Master bedroom includes a sitting area and flat screen television with cable tv.
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage and large vanity area with stool, including attached bathroom with full-size shower. Easy access to the covered patio area for morning coffee!
Second bedroom has a large closet with plenty of storage room, next to hall bathroom with shower and bathtub combination.
Living room has comfortable seating with sofa and occasional chair, coffee table, two end tables, entertainment center with flat screen television and cable tv, with direct access to covered patio.
Dining area includes a table with seating for four.

Excellent quick communication with owner
This 2 bedroom condo was in a 55 + resort with access to many indoor and outdoor activities so we could make friends. The condo was very roomy as shown in photos and great to have a parking pad under the pergola. It was well stocked with bedding, dishes, small kitchen appliances, variety of tools and extra paper goods and cleaning products to last our whole four month stay. It had a vacuum cleaner and a variety of brooms and mops. The washing machine broke shortly after arriving and with excellent communication the owner quickly arranged a new set of laundry machines delivered and installed. When we texted questions or comments Linda the owner was extremely positive and quick to communicate. There was a large selection of channels, a PVR/DVR , Roku TV and good wifi. Master bedroom was large.

It is a very nice property that is very close to the neighborhood pool and mailboxes and is also close to the Community Center and Club House. The owner was very easy to contact and was great to deal with.
