Staff was very friendly and attentive. Continental breakfast was good. Lots of sightseeing and touristy options within a 15-20 min drive of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Cost effective, awesome friendly staff, amazing shuttle drivers, great breakfast which was different all three days we were there, clean, safe, close to Airport, nice pool Cons: Pretty far from everything, but Phoenix is very spread out. lots of Airport noise, lots of noise from upstairs rooms (I will request a top level room next time) Pool and outside area very poorly lit for night swimming or relaxing outside.

Good but not great

Our stay was satisfactory and I'd probably stay again although it was not exceptional. On check in i requested a room with a bathtub and was told our room had one. I have severe arthritis and need to soak out my morning stiffness. Imagine my disappointment when i discovered after unpacking that we had only a shower. Day 2 we notified housekeeping that we'd be out by 10:30 for cleaning. Housekeeping never cleaned our room even though they appeared to be on our floor all day. Room and bed were comfortable and we enjoyed the smart tv. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOTEL IS NOT LICENSED TO PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT. When they “SUGGEST” an off-airport pick up location accessible by the sky train “as a convenience (NOT STATED AS A REQUIREMENT) to beat the crowd at the curb”, DO IT! It is the ONLY WAY you will get picked up by their courtesy vehicle. Otherwise, the hotel is good. Was very quiet and the beds were awesome.
