This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL I have ever experienced. I booked this room for a Celebrity Performer that was doing an event down the street the following day. I booked the room for 2 nights through Hotels.com and paid for the room. The performer was not going to arrive until early in the morning the following day. I called the hotel on Wednesday evening at 10:00 PM to let them know that the reservation wasn't going to arrive until 10:00 AM the following morning so they wouldn't give the room away. I booked for two nights to ensure early check-in. The phone rang for 35 minutes without anyone answering. I called Hilton's 800 number and they would not do anything for me since I booked through Hotels.com. When I finally got them to pick up the phone at the hotel at 10:35, I asked if it was normal to not pick up the phone for 35 minutes. They said they were "too busy" to pick up. Then when I explained what I was trying to do, they said I had to call back at midnight. I calmly pushed back saying I had to get up at 5 AM and it wasn't really practical for me to stay up another hour and a half. They said that's their policy and then hung up on me. I called back and they didn't answer the phone. Then when I reached someone again and started over, this person hung up on me like I was in third grade. Again, I did not swear or raise my voice. The third time I was told I had to call back and find a manager. The fourth time, someone helped me. Unacceptable.

I enjoyed my stay here. Really good. Clean room. The only thing that took me by surprise was the $75 per day security deposit fees upon arrival. Would stay there again. Totally better than ‘not best western’…

Parking not really available, You gave to find parking somewhere else. I had to Valet to make sure my truck would be safe. $45 a night steep for just parking g a truck. $90 for 2 nights. Not to happy about that but we felt we had no choice but to use it.

Valet parking only, long lines to check your car in. no organization so first serve was whoever could shove up to stop in the middle of the street closest to the hotel instead of first come first serve. No views but perfect for walking to stadiums. Everything else was great

Clean, comfortable, great location, breakfast is basic but had healthy options. 24 hr tea and coffee for free. Room was much bigger than expected, with kitchenette. Shower and bathroom was very good. Air conditioning unit was not great as it smelled so probably no hepa filter.
