Location, location, location! A very short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries in Old Town Scottsdale. The Valley Ho Hotel is one block away and the Spa Services are great! Walkable to the Scottsdale Baseball Stadium, Upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Southbridge One block to the Scottsdale Canal Path, perfect for running, walking, and biking. Alternatively, hop on the free year-round Scottsdale Trolley which travels throughout Old Town Scottsdale and the Civic Center. Short Drive to Camelback Mountain and Papago Buttes hiking, numerous golf courses, and Colorado Rockies & Arizona Diamondbacks Spring training Salt River Fields. Play drop-in pickleball at Herberger Park from 5:30am to 10pm daily. Located 1 1/2 miles from the house. 4 lighted courts.
Newly remodeled modern vibe comfortable single family home. Everything in the home is new and very nice!!! Beautiful views of Camelback mountain from the front private patio. Freshly landscaped home in a quiet neighborhood and only 2 minutes to all the action in and around Old Town.

Sleeps and seats 9 guests comfortably. Backyard w/ private pool with option to heat for $75/day for the duration of your stay and an included heated top of the line Bullfrog XL 8 seat hot tub, Bocce ball court and BBQ. Cooks kitchen, 2 Separate entertainment areas, one with sectional, 2 arm chairs (seats 8 comfortably), and 55" flat screen TV. The second area for conversation with sofa and 2 arm chairs (seating for 5). Separate dining area and bar seating (area seats 8). 4 Bedrooms each with Tempurpedic mattresses, closets, dressers, nightstands, lamps, and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms are Masters with en suite full bathrooms. Each with flat screen TV's and Tempurpedic mattresses. One bedroom with queen Tempurpedic bed and flat screen TV. And a bedroom with 2 Tempurpedic Twin XL beds (may be converted to a king bed). Hallway bathroom with tub/ shower to share with Queen and Twin XL bedrooms. And if you have a 9th guest a very comfortable XL Twin roll away may be placed in the over sized guest bedroom or hallway adjacent to master bedroom. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, and ironing board.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, excellent neighborhood. Susie was a super responsive host. We had four couples and had plenty of room. We used the hot tub, pool, and backyard every day. The property was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and very well maintained.

The home was perfect for our family!! We came with our college kids for spring break and spring training. Loved the backyard and all of the amenities. Was great to have enough beds for everyone. Close to downtown with was perfect. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful property

The house was perfect for a ladies’ college reunion. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Outdoor areas were perfect! Location was great- just a short walk to old town. The owner was responsive and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax

We were in Scottsdale for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The house is located within walking distance to many restaurants and also a very cheap Uber if needed. It was spacious and quiet. The backyard is lovely but was just a little too chilly for us to enjoy it all the way. We are hopeful to go back sometime.

Beautiful and Fun Property

The whole property was incredible. From the heated pool and jacuzzi to the comfortable bedrooms and spacious livingroom area, this house is perfect. I came not knowing what to expect, but the kitchen is completely stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and anything youd need if you're cooking at home. Everything was super comfortable. We all loved our stay here!

Outstanding house in the center of everything

House is perfectly situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood just steps to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. We were a short walk to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores or whatever your trip desires. The house is spacious, clean and was perfectly equipped for our group of 8. Back yard was a nice bonus with a hot tub, pool and back yard games. Susie was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had (including recommendations to the best restaurants in the area!). We arrived to the best welcome package I have ever experienced at any rental property. Susie's house is where you need to stay in Old Town Scottsdale!

A Lovely Relaxing Stay!

This was our first trip to Phoenix and Scottsdale, travelling with a family of 6, including my elderly parents. Fabulous location near Old Town. The check-in process was easy and hosts were very communicative and answered all our questions before arrival. There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived some great info and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The house is clean and modern, the showers are divine, and everyone loved the decor. Lots of comfy places to sit, relax, and enjoy time with each other. The hot tub didn't seem to get very hot but we still enjoyed it. The only issue was that we couldn't find a light switch for the pool, or if it had lights. My Mum has mobility issues and needs the assistance of a walker and this house was perfect in that there were no steps and the whole space was accessible. Also, the beds were at a very good height (as opposed to being too high like they sometimes are in hotels or other rentals). We had such a great time everyone in the family says we should stay there again on another trip.

Great for a golf get away or visit with your family

Quality place with a great location. Easy access to many golf courses, Old Town, and restaurants. Price was amazing as well. While this was a golf trip with friends, it fits just as well for a family with kids.

Perfect for a family looking for fun!

Our first visit to Scottsdale couldn't have been better, thanks to this fantastic VRBO property! We were in search of a family-friendly place with easy access to the area's attractions, and this place exceeded our expectations. The highlight for us was definitely the incredible pool and hot tub. They were a hit with our family and provided hours of fun while keeping us cool in the Scottsdale heat. The house itself was beautiful, and the bedrooms and accommodations were just what we needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and we're already looking forward to returning. This property was a perfect choice for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Scottsdale!

We have stayed in houses throughout the country and this was one of our favorites. What first stood out for us was the thoughtfulness of our host. Perfect Oasis Stay in Scottsdale

There is nothing but amazing things to be said about this property. I would 1000% book again. The location is about 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from old town, both by car. There are some very quaint local restaurants 10min walking and a circle k as well. The hosts leave very detailed and easy instructions to get into the home. They left a wonderful welcome basket as well as an extremely helpful guide to all things Scottsdale! The entire property is so thoughtfully furnished. The beds are just so easy to fall asleep on! There is fans in each room in case you want a gentle breeze to fall asleep to. Each bathroom is well stocked with towels and any toiletries you may need. The kitchen is a hostess’ dream, I was able to cook and beautifully present many meals to my friends. They have every platter for service, seasonings, and cooking utensils! The backyard is truly one of our favourite areas. The pool is well maintained and just lovely. There are floaties and backyard games, as well as the hot tub! Even the front of the house is beautiful. There is a lovely sitting area outside and the landscaping is so pretty! I would not hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Golf Getaway

AZ golf trip. The central location allowed for a 15 to 20 min drive to all golf courses played. Walking distance to dinner. Great back yard for relaxing (Htub, pool, etc.) Excellent host.
