Faulty room door when opening and closing

Hotel good when on a budget. However, my door failed opening had to use body force when opening and closing room door. I called front desk who never answered the call to address this issue.

Room was nice, we had the king suite. Floor in the room wasnt very clean, turned my daughter's feet black But the rest oc the room was great. Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly. Pool had black algae and was in disrepair. Spa water level was bad and rhe jet pump wasnt working. All in all a good stay. We would come back

This was the most terrible stay we’ve ever had! Not only was the room disgusting but nothing worked the tv, phone bullet holes in the doors and walls….. and the hot tub was cold as ice! Not saying we would have even entered. If I could give a -2 star I would. Appalling that this hotel was the same price as a 5 star central phones hotel!
