Great West Side location

This is a great property. We love the location if you need the west side of the valley. Close distance to Arrowhead and Midwestern. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Great stay in PHX!

Our family had a great stay at this house in Phoenix, it was clean and we had lots of fun in the backyard. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was easy to work with the property management.

Great Stay

We needed to come to town for a funeral and renting this house with my family was much better than stay in a hotel. The house met all our needs, spacious hangout area, bedrooms for everyone and fun activities in the backyard to entrain two teenagers and a 4-year-old. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We have family in the area that we wanted to come over to the house and this was the only host who replied back to me and that it was fine to have them over. No one else replied back to this question. Check in and check out were very easy. Thank you!

Peoria / Glendale Thanksgiving Stay

Very nice home and location. The whole process with property management was easy and seamless. We enjoyed Thanksgiving here and time with family. Close to shopping and golf.

This house was wonderful! Location was great! Had all the amenities that were listed. Kitchen was very well stocked making it very easy to cook for 10 people! Lots of sitting space for everyone! Lots of games! Great communication with host! Everything about the house was wonderful! Would defiantly stay again. Perfect for a large group!

Beautiful Home

Great home. Only had a couple of issues with the microwave not working nor the pool lights. I tried emailing the property managment but they never replied during my stay. But she did reach out to me to let me know they never received my email which is completely understandable. Would definitely stay in this home again!! Fully stocked with just about everything you would need!

Clean and Convenient

We enjoyed our time in Glendale. The property was clean and convenient to many area attractions, activities, and restaurants. It had all necessary amenities provided. We had a slight issue with the pool at the time of arrival but the host quickly took care of the problem and my family had a wonderful time enjoying the backyard entertainment. Check in and check out was extremely easy.

Relaxing

This is a great place to stay with friends and family! Rooms are all a good size with plenty of blankets. The house is stocked extremely well with things you need for the kitchen, pantry, laundry and games! All bedrooms do not have a TV which was advertised and they said they would update the listing. That didn’t make or break the trip so it was okay. Maybe I missed the directions on how set up the outdoor projector, but we figured it out. Luckily I had my laptop to connect it to. We never did see the pool guy in the 5 days we stayed, but the pool was heated, but it is small. We enjoyed the fire pit and laying out. The house is a great location at the end of a cul de sac. There is a lot of golf activity very close, but it was fun watching them. Overall great property and would stay again!

Grand Slam property

I can't over express how this property exceeded my exceptions, and the reason, I titled this property a "Grand Slam". We came to Glendale, AZ to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday, with a Spring Training game and a NASCAR race. The location to these events was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and established with well maintained homes. The house itself was immaculately clean, perfect kitchen, backyard was quiet, and well laid out. We ate our meals outside on the patio table. I asked my friends if there was anything they could change or recommend to add to our stay, and there was a resounding nothing from them, perfect. Also, the kitchen is so well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Great pans, utensils and cutlery. I really could go on about this home and our stay. Anyone renting this house will not be disappointed.

Family Reunion

We rent properties often ... all around the world. We have never had a bad property. Without exception however, this was THE BEST and most WELL-EQUIPPED property we have ever rented.
