Should have been offered a refund. A/c was not working. Extremely load sounds with no available resources or accommodations available to help was unable to sleep or rest the entire trip because of the conditions

Room was too noisy and when i complained about it they said we cannot do anything. Cleaning did not happened properly and fire alarm was ringing many times. It was really annoying and too much disturbing. Overall my stay was too bad and i wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.
