Children under 14 are not allowed in pool area without an adult. No diving or jumping in pool or off waterfall!!!
No glass in pool area. Broken glass in pool will result in having to drain, clean and refill pool with a $500 fine. (plastic only please)
Be respectfull of neighbors. No loud music in backyard pool area. Garbage and recycling are picked up on Monday mornings.
