It was a great location for what we were looking for! Close to Old Town Scottsdale, to gardens and museums, & spring training teams! Bed was comfortable and pool & hot tub were a blessing in the heat!A few suggestions are, a non-slip mat in the tub/shower! It is very slippery and unsafe with no grab bar? Also, need a bath mat for outside the tub when you step out with wet feet! Also unsafe! Nice little balcony, but no chairs to sit out there, so unusable?Complaints-We had multiple minor maintenance issues, with multiple calls and promises to come and fix, no one ever showed up? Also, we had requested an early check in as our flight arrived very early in the day! We were offered early checking for 100/hour! We were only paying 200/day with all the fees, so I thought that was outrageous! I have used Vrbo for years and always had more accommodating hosts if unit was available, so thought this was a very sad money grab! Be aware when you make a choice!

Overall, our stay was decent and the space served it's purpose. However, the photos of this listing are very deceiving. The unit is nowhere near the pool/community center, the patio has no furniture, and the living space does not look like this. There were no bar stools, the couch is against the counter space, there were no throw pillows, etc.Furthermore, we had some issues with the lock on the door-getting into the unit. Staff was helpful over the phone, but also commented this is a common issue (seems that it should be fixed.)We only had hot water for showers about half of the time.Unit is pretty rundown and has a significant need for some paint and TLC in the cleaning department.

Not a good stay

The door code we were given did not work. After quite a bit of time and several codes from the person on the phone, she finally gave us the code to the lock box for keys. The lock code was never addressed. One of the key fobs did not work, that was never fixed. One of the gates to the pool didn't work, so we had to walk around the other side. Mainly, the biggest problem was lack of hot water for the 1st day of our stay. The company was zero help and basically just said they would "allow" us out of our contract to move somewhere else. We did not have time to do that. They also tried to get us to upgrade to a pricier property.The condo itself was average. It felt like the middle of a "flip". Walls still needed paint, baseboard trim was horrible. The bedroom lit up like daylight at night, the window covering was not light blocking. We had to try and hang other stuff on it. The 2 patio chairs were completely shot, you could not sit on them. The tub glazing was all peeling off. The mirror for the dresser was on the floor behind the dresser. The air vents were horrible and should be replaced.I pointed this stuff out to the management company. I never heard back from them again.Good luck in your future, you'll have to get much better at the details of property management and customer service. We won't use you again.

Great host!!!

The stay was excellent and close to our final destination which was Scottsdale Stadium.Restaurants were with in walking distance as were a market and pharmacy. The place was quiet and clean.The host went beyond the ordinary to make our 3-day stay memorable.
