The worst check in and front desk customer service EVER!!!! A week prior, I called the property and I was told I can call the day of arrival for an early check in since we were landing early. We arrive in PHX (coming from Seattle) at 1030am, called the Property and no answer. I tried to call multiple times until 2pm and still no answer. We started to think, this is awful service!! We finally decided to go there to see if we’re able to check in. A white male checked us is (i did not get his name but it was about 2pm on 5/25/25!) He told us that our room is still not ready — but he still gave us our room keys anyway— which was also odd. He did not even introduce us to the property, directions, etc. I was trying to tell him that we had been calling us all morning and no answer and he cuts me off saying they were busy. Mind you, I called the property while my husband was finishing the check in and phone does not ring at all. Everyday we were there, we would call concierge and housekeeping from our room and NO ANSWER. I call the Property from my cellphone and still no answer! And absolutely absurd!! until we checked out on 5/29/25, a differently lady was at check in she was a white female very friendly (unlike the previous ones) and I realized she had picked up the propertys phone. I thought, wow thats weird, now the phone is on. So i decided to call the Property from my cellphone and what do you know… she picks up. Phone not being on for 5 days is pretty damn wild.

Overall, the hotel was great—clean rooms, good location, and a nice atmosphere. However, the service at the poolside definitely needs improvement. The staff seemed inattentive, and we had to return our drinks twice due to poor quality.

During our four days we continually had to ask for towels, coffee, and cream for the coffee maker. Their breakfast restaurant was marginal offered premade breakfast only. The restaurant on the seventh floor of the service was marginal, but the food was good. Not sure I’d recommend anyone to stay at this place until they cleared up there. Customer service skills as it relates to the food and the condition of the rooms.

This experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room we had on the sixth floor was dirty and dusty. My family and I stayed here for 2 days and spent $1200 for a terrible experience. I have kids under 21 and the hotel advertises 2 pools. Once we got to the hotel, we realized the rooftop pool was adults only and we were not informed. The room only gave us one waterbottle for the 4 people in the room and only two towels. The room looked like it was used and barely cleaned before we received it. For the amount of money I paid for this experience my expectations were not met.

The room and hotel decor are amazing. The service at the valet and front desk was ok. View from our room was horrible. Pool was nice.
