Great Stay

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Double check pet policy if traveling with pets - our reservation and communication said they welcomed pets, but said they did not at check in. It all got worked out, but probably should absolutely double check before planning on pets.

The comforter had a stain on it, one of the towels had a stain on it. The cabinet beside the toilet had dried pee splatter on it. The toilet leaked. The balcony door wasn't installed properly. The door had a ½in gap which allowed for the road and street traffic to be magnified into the room.

Ok place, could be better

Location was good, pretty close to Angel's stadium and a 10-15 min ride to everywhere else. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Pool area was meh. We specifically picked this place to lounge around the pool. Unfortunately there were only FOUR lounge chairs and two were barely holding on. There was a surplus of regular dining style chairs but that's not exactly what one wants to lounge on. Towels were also limited by the pool. Bar had the slowest service ever, felt so bad for the one person that was running around trying to serve the restaurant and bar. We waited at least 10 mins every time we tried to order food or drinks. Also, housekeeping runs a little slow. Not a huge issue, but when we leave at 10am and come back at 5pm and the room still hasn't been refreshed that's a bit slow.

This property doesn’t provide housekeeping services for 3 days intervals. It was so bad we tip 40.00 Just to assure that our room would be cleaned and it still wasn’t. Front desk didn’t do much to help either.

Walked into hotel and was bombarded by the assistant marketing manager trying to offer a very sceptical package. Made us feel very uncomfortable then this delayed check in as the desk got busy. Got to our room door and it wouldn't opened we legit tried our full body to open the door and nothing, had to get housekeeping to help. Shower had no pressure, bath towels are the size of hair towels, for the rooms being renovated recently the picture frame was broken on our room with Sharp glass edging (health and safety concern) our coffee maker we couldn't use it was disgusting with yellow all I'm the water section (looked like it was pollen) Wanted to pay with cash refused method of payment so had to use a CC and get charged more, front desk staff the evening of our second night was not friendly at all. Super short and rude in response. Pool area is not clean at all, bird poop all over and chairs in not safe condition to sit in. Hallways smelled a lot like weed multiple times a day, neighbours playing incredible loud music... I mean I could keep going cause honestly it was a very disappointing staying. The only good thing about it was the shuttle to the airport and the drive who was incredibly nice.

Everyone was rude: The young man who checked me in Thursday night, the morning barmaid was super rude dismissive and very snotty. The van driver was awesome. One of the morning managers was rude and too tired to offer minimal customer service. The second morning mgr in sharp contrast, went out of her way to be awesome
