Have stayed here several times over the last couple of years. Some of the perks are good; Breakfast buffet and happy hour. Non service Of rooms not so much. Stayed 4 days and Requested service on 5th, now 3:10 PM and Nothing as yet. Think there should be regularly scheduled room service as in most hotels.

Tow things were good, beds and costumer service of the front desk. Charged for parking in desert although we have free parking (disability parking); been charged for breakfast although we had it one day and it was very poor breakfast not even compatible with European hotel breakfast, located in far village at the border. Charged for 3 days room cleaning, and resort policy for room service and cleaning is every other day, and we had the service the night before checkout (one time), we talked with front desk and we got refund for one day only. not going back to this place.
