The elements were pulled out of the stove in our room. The sofa was older and did not seem clean. Otherwise, we felt very safe and appreciated the resort environment and would likely stay here again. Staff very friendly and great location

Spring Break in Scottsdale

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and fresh coffee every morning, and our two bedroom suite provided great space for our family. The beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning!

This is a lovely property. The rooms are clean, but could use an uplift. The people who work here are kind and engaging. The room kitchens do not contain all the basic items generally included at suite hotels. There is some minor disrepair throughout the property…it needs some love. The pool deck is EXTREMELY slippery when wet. It needs to be replaced before someone gets hurt.

After a long drive from staying at a dingy hotel in Sedona, walking into this hotel was a refreshing breath of fresh air. The entryways automatic door opened into a lobby that was well lit, clean and calming. There was a welcoming area for dog treats and a water bowl for your four legged friends, and nearby fresh orange spa water for us humans. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of drawer storage for guests and long stays. My 12 year old squealed with delight when she saw the complimentary teddy bear on the bed. It gave her bunny doll she brought a friend. I loved the shower pressure and temperature so much I didn't want to get out! Hahaha. I appreciate the great lighting and vanity mirror and counter space for those of us who want to put makeup on. The gym has a great variety of two treadmills, an elliptical, recumbent bike (my favorite) and other equipment such as hand weights and balls. The pool area was large and had a nice jacuzzi. Plenty of complimentary pool towels by the pool. The breakfast menu read better than the reality. I would have liked to see a few more healthier options (i.e. hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt ) but it's what will get you by for a few days stay. There is a nearby supermarket (Sprouts) where you can get options to prep food in your hotel suite kitchen if needed. Great weekend getaway stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They all really made us feel like special guests! The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a great variety. The daily happy hour was a huge perk! They offered a good selection too, food and drinks. The pool was clean and we had plenty of towels. The stone is a little slippery when walking around the pool, be mindful of that during your stay. The room was cozy, loved the view of the courtyard. We had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t 100%, was the cleanliness of the room. The carpets are very dirty, looks like there are a lot of spills and stains and the corners, closets and under the night stands need to be vacuumed. Even with that, we would stay here again! Just wish the floors were a little cleaner, since we walk on them barefoot. The location was perfect! Within walking distance of restaurants and stores, and in close proximity to the places we visited.

Stayed for four nights. Room cleaning was missed twice, so no clean linens, etc for the entire stay. Carpets and bathroom cabinetry are in need of upgrades. Pool area was lovely. Shakiera Hellenic is a dynamo. She is engaging, friendly, energetic and versatile. Helped us to feel welcome at the property immediately and throughout our stay.

The grounds and public areas outside are great, however the rooms are very dark and dated (brown everything), hallways are dark and in need of a renovation, and the pool loungers need new cushions. It's time for a lift for the whole place, with the exception of a few areas. Kitchen pots and pans etc were of very low quality. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
