The home’s four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms are all on the upper level, making for a quiet and private night’s sleep no matter where you rest your head. Each bedroom has a closet to unpack and organize your belongings, fresh linens, and soft pillows. Each room has a 55” flat-screen Smart TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite programs from the comfort and privacy of their rooms.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a desk space, and a large walk-in closet with ample storage (in which you’ll find a pack n’ play in case you’re traveling with young kids). This room also has a huge private ensuite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kiddos in your group, and they’ll love making lifelong memories in this cozy bunk room. There is one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one full-over-full bunk bed, plus children’s books, toys, and games for extra entertainment.
The third bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the fourth boasts a comfy queen-sized bed.
In addition to the ensuite bathroom in the primary suite, there is one more full bathroom on this level with a double vanity and plenty of storage space. This bathroom has a shower and tub combo with jacuzzi jets and the sink area is separate from the toilet and bath so multiple people can use the bathroom at once.
An additional half bath is conveniently located on the main floor. Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, so you can pack light for your desert getaway!

The modern kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals for large groups, including stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, cookware, dishes, utensils, and more.
We make morning coffee a breeze with a Keurig K-cup and drip coffee machine all-in-one, with K-cups and creamer provided (ground coffee and filters not provided). There is a kitchen table (seating for 6), a formal dining room with a large table (seating for 8), and a bar cart, plus an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals (seating for 6).

The living room is the first thing that greets you as you enter the house, and you’ll be met with a modern, yet rustic design that will melt your stress away and get you into holiday mode. Unique furnishings, stunning decor, and a huge flat-screen Smart TV make this an inviting space for the whole group to hang out in. This room also has a workspace for any digital nomads in your groups who need to get some work done but still want to be part of the action.
Across from the lounge is the awesome game room, complete with a pool table, an additional Smart TV, a couch, and s high-top cocktail table for you to relax as you await your turn.

The private backyard is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. There is enough outdoor seating to accommodate 12 people, plus a 55” Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite ball game and sip on your favorite drink as you grill.
String lights set the mood and turn the patio and pergola seating area into a cozy entertainment space, and Engle woven chairs encircle a custom propane fire pit for enjoyable evenings under the stars. There are also tons of fun games to keep you entertained, including a putting green, jumbo Connect Four, and tic tac toe.
