Cheryl’s property was excellent—very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 8. She provided water and other essentials, which made our arrival so much easier since we didn’t have to run out for supplies right away.The backyard was a huge hit! The pool was perfect, and the putting green led to some intense competition among our group. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Mesa area or even nearby. We went to baseball games, and it was only about a quick 25-minute trip to Chase Field.We were also celebrating a birthday, and Cheryl had the home decorated for the occasion, which was such a thoughtful and wonderful surprise. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This property was perfect. The whole house is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. There are very thoughtful touches throughout the house to ensure the comfort of the guests. I’m not sure I have ever had such a wonderfully thoughtful host before! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Everything was well thought out and very functional. There were extra toothbrushes, waters in the fridge, soap for the laundry, sunscreen, and so much more, all labeled to let you know you could use. It’s a big house with lots of space, worked well for the 10 of us. We left a couple items behind and they reached out to let us know and asked for a shipping address so they could send. I will be going back to this house anytime I’m in the area.

My friends and I have rented numerous houses in Arizona and this was definitely the best. From the heated pool to anything you ever thought you needed was already stocked!! The host, Cheryl, was awesome! We were welcomed with wine and chocolates- I mean - who does that?!. Can’t say enough about this place. We would definitely return.

Our family had the best time staying here over Christmas! Our host was very accommodating and had a perfect welcome basket for us upon arrival. The home was decorated for Christmas and let us enjoy the holiday away from home. The home itself is beautiful, plenty of bedding and towels for our weeks stay. The home is well furnished and had every amenity we could have thought of. There were toys for the pool, golf balls and clubs and game galore. Wonder neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Will definitely stay again!

Great house with everything you need or think you will need. Came to participate in the Nike Cross Regionals at Toka Stick Golf course. The kids were able to get in the heated pool and enjoyed the putting green. The rain put a damper on a few days but would definitely stay again!
