After making a difference, relax in this newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath Phoenix vacation rental designed for comfort, convenience, and purpose. Sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed, two twin XLs, and a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and free parking—plus, it’s pet-friendly, private, and budget-friendly.

What makes this home special is its mission. Less than a mile away, Millennial Food Gardens provides fresh produce to local food banks. In its first year, the farm donated over 2,000 pounds of vegetables—about 1,600 meals—to families in need, with even more expected this year.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Entry is simple and secure with a self-check-in keypad. Free onsite parking makes coming and going easy. While there’s no yard or outdoor space, the home is fully detached for complete privacy.

Other Things to Note
This guest house is fully private with its own entrance, but please note there’s no yard or outdoor space. Guests may request a tour of Millennial Food Gardens (based on availability) to see how your stay helps fight hunger.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Please register pets when booking. Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets indoors and outdoors.

The place had 2 smoke alarms going off when we got there and there were no new batteries to change them. Then, I went to purchase the new batteries and one of the alarms did not stop beeping even with the new batteries. Then, I had to put it inside my car and leave it there until today whe we left the place. The place was clean and in order but the location was not at all desirable. Many homeless people walking around the area and the police helicopter looking for people with their light beam 2 different nights for a long time. We did not feel safe at all. Also, there was a door in the main bedroom that seems like can communicate to the other unit next to it and it has some locks on the other side of that door but not in the side of our unit. We didm not feel safe again. We had a very stressful 3 nights in there. I sent a reply to one of the emails I received asking to call me to share the things that we were going through but he never did only replies by email.

A wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable, well appointed, and exceptionally clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways, restaurants and shops. Spacious parking for two cars.It was our home base for visiting family in Sun City, going to the Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, seeing the cars at the Martin Automotive Museum in Glendale, and heading to Sedona. Easy to get to all of them!I wish there had been time to tour the Millennial Food Gardens that are supported by this rental. The local food banks are extremely lucky to get donations of fresh produce (especially since government programs supplying food pantries have been cut or eliminated). Clients at my local food pantry are ecstatic to receive fresh produce.Jeremy is a great communicator - the pre-checkin messages provided so much info and it there were any questions he responded promptly. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely do so whenever I return to the area.
