I arrived on a Friday afternoon and was told there was no room clean up available on the weekend. As I was staying until Wednesday, I assumed that meant that I'd receive new towels and have my linens changed/trash removed on Monday. That didn't happen so I verbally requested the service on Tuesday...still didn't happen. However the front staff was "nice" and the hotel was clean.

Very nice property. The staff are great, and everything is kept clean and in good working order. We enjoyed the hot tub. I walked around the neighborhood to grab a few things, and it is a little sketchy. There are some panhandlers and unhoused folks around, to be honest. I felt perfectly safe at the hotel, though. Will stay there again!

The room was well equipped and clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel had everything we needed. They have a great breakfast every morning, free laundry and a nice hot tub. The only suggestion I have it to offer a way for guests to use streaming apps on the televisions. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom were nice but we couldn’t stream any movies or shows. So we were stuck watching the same movies all week. When I come back to Phoenix I will definitely stay here again.

I had 2 little babies and they were in the reservation, but they didn’t have crib or pack and play…. My kid slept on the floor and I was awake watching them the whole night! Also , I had 2 dogs and and they didn’t mention anything about fee but after the fact that we got the room at night and it was non refundable, they said it’s 75$ per dog just for the night! Which is insane! At that point we couldn’t do anything because the reservation is non refundable and my kids were so sleepy that we couldn’t change the hotel! I am contacting Expedia for a refund since this was a horrible stay !

The breakfast was adequate and comparable to others. The staff was excellant and the room was clean. My only complaint wqs the carpeting both in thw room and throughout the hotel: elevator, hallways. The carpeting was very dirty and stained. Gross. It needs replacing and at the very least, a deep cleaning/shampooing.
