Our Desert Farmhouse is equipped with three bedrooms all featuring queen sized beds and two bathrooms with luxury features.

Living Room
Upon arrival, the front living room offers space to lounge around, a 55" inch smart TV (equipped with Apple TV) and a Sonos Sound beam provides all the making of a perfect movie night.

Kitchen
The home has a full kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials. We provide a Keurig coffee maker with a milk frother and stock k cups for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a cappuccino while on our relaxing patio. We stock pots and pans, electric kettle, blender, toaster, tupperware for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, salad bowl, dish towels and utensils. We provide a fresh clean sponge for every guest to ensure sanitary conditions.

Bathrooms
The home has two full bathrooms with luxurious towels and hair dryers. Each shower is equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash so you can travel toiletries free (and avoid the TSA liquid restrictions).

Bedrooms
Three cozy bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses, fresh bedding and fluffy pillows to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Backyard
From the kitchen, you can access the backyard. We have created a tranquil environment with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee or a BBQ meal with friends and family with the beautiful AZ sunset as your backdrop.
Conveniently, our string lights are controlled through Alexa. No need to search for light switches, just speak and enjoy the convenience of a smart home.

Laundry
We have a laundry room that is available to you, accessible from the kitchen. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets for your stay.

Parking
Our guests have use of the driveway and parking on the street for any additional cars.

Guest Access
We provide you an exclusive code for the keyless smartlock. This ensures your privacy, safety and ease of access to and from the house anytime during your stay.

What time is check-in and check out?

Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and our standard check-out time is 11 AM. During busy season, we often have back-to-back rentals, which means that guests are checking out the same day as the next guests are checking in. Therefore, we often have to be strict regarding check-in and check-out times so that our cleaning crew has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for an earlier arrival or later departure. It’s always best to ask us about changing check-in and/or check-out times close to the date of your reservation.

Supplies: We provide you items such as soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, for the duration of your stay, however, you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed. STR License # 2040670
