The Gatsby - Sleeps 22 in beds!

This massive desert oasis combines style and sophistication for entertainment and fun. Bring all your friends or family to stay in this 8-bedroom, over 6,000 square foot mansion. The outdoor oasis boasts a beautiful clear blue pool, luxury outdoor seating, BBQ grill, outdoor games, ping pong table, putting green and lots of room to run and play! There are multiple living spaces for you to relax or entertain. The expansive fully stocked kitchen offers everything your heart desires for culinary creations.

Did I mention this is the perfect house for spring training baseball fans and players?! Less than 10 minutes from four of the baseball fields including Hohokam Stadium, Oakland A’s, Fitch Baseball Field, Cactus League, and Chicago Cubs Performance Center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No events are allowed with outside guests. The only guests allowed must be staying at the home. Max occupancy is 21 guests. Sound is also highly monitored. As this home is in a quiet neighborhood. Guest who are found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without refund. It's an amazing home, so respect the rules and we will all have a great time!!

There are 4 full-size bathrooms in the house. One is attached to the master, one is in the hallways on the 3rd floor, one is on the main floor and one is in the basement.

The door leading to the pool has child safety locks.

There are two travel cribs and a highchair in the home for your convenience.
We also provide games for kids to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
There are kid friendly plates, bowls and utensils in the kitchen for your peace of mind.

Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.

Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.

Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee of $129. You will see this amount added to the reservation.

Thank you for following our house rules:

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.

Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 21 people are allowed in the house.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
