Our cozy, spacious, immaculate, tastefully designed, and private detached backyard guest house is in a quaint historic neighborhood created in the 1920's that invites you to take a stroll and soak in the charm of a different era. We're conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance or a very short drive from many concert venues (including The Van Buren, Crescent Ballroom, The Nash, Arizona Financial Theatre, Orpheum Theatre, Symphony Hall), sports stadiums (including Chase Field and Footprint Center), great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and lots of attractions.

This private and quiet studio casita with one comfy queen-size bed is well-stocked with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Beautiful, lush, serene, quiet backyard with private patio area to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks and watch the chickens while taking in a 360 view of one of the prettiest backyards you'll ever experience.

Please be respectful of our “No Pets” policy and “No Smoking of Any Kind on the Property” policy that we strictly enforce in order to maintain an allergen-free and safe environment for all of our guests, ourselves, as well as for our dog and chickens that you’ll be sharing our property with during your stay. Please be respectful by complying with these reasonable house rules/requests. We will cancel guest reservations for non-compliance.

The guest house was recently constructed and is spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated/detailed with all the amenities you'll need. It's located in the enchanting and picturesque backyard of our historic home. The guest house is situated within the citrus tree orchard so it's very peaceful and beautiful. And when the citrus blooms are in season the fragrance is amazing! The casita is a separate structure on the property so you'll have it all to yourself. Mature and lush landscaping provides a serene outdoor environment, including several inviting seating areas as well as your own private patio where you can enjoy watching the chickens. (No rooster!)

The casita includes contactless check-in using the door keypad, on-street free parking, new comfy queen bed, high quality linens, large wardrobe cabinet, fridge, microwave, two-burner hot plate, toaster oven, dishes, pots/pans, coffee-maker, blender, other kitchen essentials, spacious bathroom and shower, plus high-speed private WiFi and 42" Smart TV.

We can also provide a Pack 'n Play with linens, high chair, and inflatable twin air mattress upon request.

There are lots of amenities in the casita to make your stay inviting, enjoyable, and worry-free!
