The location to sports options is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really subpar. The room was small, clean with no where to sit, no closet and no amenities.

Overall all of the Staff were great. I wish I would’ve known that this isn’t a hotel you want to stay in more than 1 night at a time. The room was tiny. No Microwave. You have to squeeze around the bed if you want any lights on that aren’t only at the door. The bed is what tanked my rating. I didn’t have 1 good night sleep in the 4 days. The bed was completely worn out. No support unless you lay on the hill that is a hard lump in the middle. The pillows were completely useless. The Toilet Paper was rougher than a 99 cent stores Bathroom. Hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful and professional

Bed and pillows were not comfortable AC was very loud made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was below average and they charged me for parking without letting me know before we slept there even though there are signs on poles that make it seem like hotel patrons do not pay for parking.

We were here for Monster Jam. The walking distance to State Farm Arena was amazing. The hotel was clean. The service was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

The floor was filthy. Spilled water; wiped it up; cloth came up literally black. Hair (dog or cat ??) literally all over the floor. Told receptionist. They had room ‘deep cleaned’. Shouldn’t that be done before room is rented out?? Nice breakfast bar. Had to pay for parking, which we were not expecting.
