There is room for one full size vehicle under the carport. Street parking is available for visitors during the day.
Overnight parking is available inside the gated community in a common area for up to 5 days for one additional vehicle.

* Once you have paid for your reservation, we’ll schedule a phone call to learn more about you, your guests and review important information.
*New traveler & travelers without reviews may not be accepted.
*Reservations made less than 7 days in advance may not be accepted.
*Primary guests must be 55 years or older. Second guest must be 45 years old
*Guests booking under someone else's account or for another person may not be accepted.
*Guests paying with someone else's card may not be accepted.
*10pm-7am is "quiet time".
*Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 2 adults at any time.
*No street parking is allowed after 10PM
*No more than 2 guests at the community pool.
*Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd be interested.

*Attention City of Mesa and guests. This is NOT a short term rental.
