Room needed upgrading, maintenance and better cleaning - paint chipping, hole in bathroom door, light switches very dirty, musty smell in room. In addition, the room was not cleaned or towels exchanged even though we left the room at 1030 am and returned approximately 12 hours later. The pictures online certainly do not align with the reality of the dated property. I would not recommended staying here.

Shower pressure was barely adequate. Staff was not very eager to help. I asked the front desk for plastic cups, the clerk said there’s probably some over there by the water dispenser. When I told her there weren’t any she just said, ‘oh well I don’t know then.”

The stay was fine. I didn't read very well and was surprised by the double beds, but it was fine. We had to be somewhere early and were disappointed to miss breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at the Windmill suites in Surprise Az. The location is great off iof Bell Road. It is close to Restaurants, stores snd the freeway. The beds are comfortable and i enjoyed having the connecting living room. The tasty breakfast was included and a good selection of hot items. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns etc. i would stay here again.
