Check in was smooth and easy. Front desk agent was AMAZING, kudos to her!! Our trouble started after that… When we got up to the 3rd floor we were smacked in the face with the smell of rotting food and wet carpet. Almost like you left food in the back of the fridge and forgot about it. Each bed had two very thin pillows that were not helpful at all. The bed frames are metal and make a ton of noise and the mattress was not comfortable at all. Bathroom had two wash clothes, two bath towels and a bar of soap. Our reservation was for three people… Phone in the room only worked sometimes making it difficult for me to make or receive calls. We went downstairs to leave for dinner and were almost ran over by kids riding their scooters around the entrance, lobby and the parking lot without a parent around. Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear everything. There are blinds on the windows, no black out curtains so as soon as the sun came up, we were awake… There is no breakfast, just small cups for coffee in the lobby. You’re better off walking across the parking lot to the gas station. We booked this last minute and we’ll never stay here again.

The room did not seem very clean, the sheets were clean but the blanket smelt terrible. The blinds did not keep the bright parking lot lights from entering the room and as someone who likes it very dark when sleeping this made for a poor nights sleep

No shampoo/soap Old nasty lemon in fridge with garbage underneath, red bulb in lamp and only light source except bathroom, no hair dryer, nasty bedspread and dirty towels. Night shift tried to help but her key couldn't get in that storage room. For $200 that night it was a dive ! I have video for management to see but the front desk clerk said she had no control.

Hotel.com not accurate on pricing was charged an extra $40 for “fine print fees” the room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Floor had not been mopped in a while, towels that were on the floor were dirty when I picked them up. Dog in room 2 doors down wouldn’t quit barking. Only positive was the bed was comfy

Didn’t like that not one camera is facing the hallway for safety! There was a naked man at 10pm in front of my door masturbating! And after reporting it to the staff nothing was done. No law enforcement was involved.

The manager said he would not charge me a towel fee. However there was a $28 charge for towels. I had two wash cloths, two bath towels and one bath mat for a two week stay. What a rip off. I had already left when I looked at the bill. RIP OFF!!!

Strange place

A weird hotel, has no carpet or coffee maker or Kleenex in the room. Had to initial 3 pages of things you would be charged for if you did at check in. Has locked double doors to get in like a prison even in the day. I think they house homeless people here...
