I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again.

Beautiful room with a view of the ocean. Be able to watch fireworks every nights on my balcony while sipping tea. Manager Vy was extremely helpful on every thing, from getting a rental scooter, to a trip to Hon Thom water park, and suggestion for good, reasonable price restaurant.

The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice.

Room has utensils, microwave, fridge and induction stove for simple cooking. There’s a washing machine with laundry detergent and drying rack at the balcony. Everything is new and clean. Location is quiet and safe with security guard (non-English speaking though) at the lobby. Access to the room is by digital lock and physical key (my assigned room was in a building named "The Sea"). There’s a small convenience shop on the ground floor of the opposite building (named "The Hill") that sells some groceries and toiletries. Some negatives: No daily housekeeping so you’ll have to clear your own trash (dispose of them at the garbage room next to the elevator) Communications with the apartment staff is solely via Whatsapp prior to my arrival date (my emails were not answered - I had to send reminders for a response). There wasn’t any staff waiting at the building entrance when I arrived (taxi transfer was pre-arranged by the staff -250,000D from airport). Had to get help from the driver to contact the staff to meet me as otherwise I wouldn’t be able to find my way to the room and learn how to use some of the equipment. The staff who showed up doesn't speak English so translation app is absolutely essential. The check-in instruction is cumbersome & stressful. Little information was given in advance & vital room details were only sent by Whatsapp AFTER my flight touched down! Would have preferred to have ALL details at least a day BEFORE my check-in rather than be left clueless.

客室への評価はとても良かったです。特に花火は最高の眺めでした！バルコニーが兎に角最高です！是非おすすめします。客室の清潔さは普通です。蟻がたくさんいました。設備は洗面台の所に何かのコードが出っ放しになっていたのが気になりました。あと食器は少ないけどありました。洗うのが嫌な方は紙コップや紙皿を買ってくる事をおすすめします。また泊まりたいと思いました！
