The location, room size and cleanliness was great. Water randomly shut off to all hours of the night and morning, so no showers or working toilets… it happened 3 nights in a row and they blamed the city water but other hotels next door didn’t have that problem. So besides that, it would have been perfect but it disrupted our stay significantly.

ロータスホームカフェのケーブルカーステーションを予約しましたが、当日に別のシグニチャーに移動させられました。事前に連絡もなくここではないからと車で移動させられました。 ホテルの部屋は普通で、スタッフも対応は良かったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなく不便でした。また部屋に蚊やゴキブリが出て大変不快でした。 朝食も別のホテルに移動させられ、席もなく、正直あまり美味しくなかったです。朝食に水も出ません。 再訪はしないと思います。

ホテル自体は新しいけど、イスは座っただけで壊れる。清掃が悪い。風呂も掃除した形跡なし 毎日コップが整えてあっても、綺麗に洗っていない。 机も拭いた跡がない。 受付も平気でソファーに寝て電話してる。 朝食はカフェまで移動して食べるが、水のみ 部屋のベランダから海が海が少し見えるだけでした。
