Me quedé 2 noche. En el segundo día, ya estaban sucios las toalla, le pedí al receptionist y me dijo que ya había en mi cuarto limpios. Y era mentira. El último día que iba a salir. Se me acabó el papel higiénico. Y el receptionist, no puedo ayudarme.. dijo que no tenía. Y que esperara asta que llegara la señora de la limpieza. Y nunca me llevo papel. Las dos personas en la receptionist. Les falta entrenamiento. Como resolver un problema. Nunca volveré a ese hotel!!!!!

Room was clean and spacious. No hot water. Door was difficult to close and needed repair. Interior lock did not work. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. No bar, gift shop was never open, front desk staff was not great. Construction going on was loud at times. Overall a good value for the price.

Llegamos al hotel a la 1:30 a.m. después de un largo viaje y nos sorprendió que nos dijeran que se habían quedado sin llaves. Cuando por fin nos dieron acceso a la habitación que reservamos con un mes de anticipación, descubrimos que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. Esto fue muy incómodo y alarmante estando con mi esposa e hijo. En la recepción se disculparon y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero al día siguiente notamos que estaba sucia, el baño no estaba bien limpio y el televisor no funcionaba. Aunque era fin de semana del Día del Trabajo y el hotel estaba lleno, no hay excusa para tanta desorganización. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en este hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after a long trip and were surprised that they told us that they had run out of keys. When we were finally given access to the room we booked a month in advance, we discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. This was very uncomfortable and alarming when I was with my wife and son. At the reception, they apologized and changed us to another room, but the next day we noticed that it was dirty, the bathroom was not well cleaned and the TV was not working. Although it was Labor Day weekend and the hotel was full, there is no excuse for such disorganization. It was the worst experience we had at this hotel.

Receptionist wanting to be the boss

They stay first day was hot ac was not working. Spoke with front desk name Juan an he had very bad customer service instead of helping us. He tired telling us that there was nothing wrong an we need to give the room to cool. I said it had all night an it’s hot this morning. I spoke to maintenance he recognized me from a previous day. Mario is well mannered and professional. He was able to get my room changed because he said the AC was broken and was not working while the receptionist one insisted that everybody go through him as of though he was the boss he made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel like what we said had no meaning to him he was going to do whatever he wanted. I’m just glad that Mario was able to help us and have us moved to a different room. thanks to his expertise and knowing that the AC was broken, we were able to move . Later, I complain to the receptionist in the morning, different person very well mannered very professional, and was told that I was not the first to complain about one. Someone needs to talk Juan’s manager. About his customer services.
