Logement peu fonctionnel, humide, mauvaise communication avec l’hîte

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas prĂ©cisĂ© qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places rĂ©servĂ©es aux rĂ©sidents parfois toute occupĂ©es) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires Ă  33 degrĂ©s (+ une trĂšs forte forte humiditĂ©) a Ă©tĂ© plus que sportif
 La communication a d’ailleurs Ă©tĂ© trĂšs compliquĂ©e car l’hĂŽte n’était pas prĂ©sent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle Ă  notre arrivĂ©e 
. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidĂ©o de lĂ  oĂč est cachĂ© la clé  Une fois dedans une trĂšs forte odeur d’humiditĂ©, et un rez de chaussĂ© trĂšs peu lumineux si on ouvre pas la porte donnant sur l’allĂ©e. L’entrĂ©e donne sur la cuisine/salle Ă  manger. Il n’ y a que 2 chaises, trĂšs inconfortables , alors que la location est censĂ©e accueillir 4 personnes
 trĂšs peu d’ustensiles de cuisines sinon aucun, pas d’égouttoir, pas de poubelle, le lave linge ne fonctionne pas
 À l’étage un bureau Ă  la dĂ©co romaine, sympa mais pas du tout pratique, ainsi qu’un canapĂ© lit (1 personnes). MĂȘme si c’était dispensable, aucune chaĂźne de Tv ne fonctionnait sur la mini tĂ©lĂ©vision. A cĂŽtĂ© la chambre avec un grand lit et la salle bain attenante ultra humide oĂč nos serviettes ne sĂ©chaient pas si on les laissait sur le radiateur. La baignoire n’est pas du tout Ă  remous
 Si nous ne laissions pas toute les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, l’odeur d’humiditĂ© se rependait partout dans la maison. Nous dĂ©conseillons cette location si vous voulais dĂ©couvrir cette trĂšs jolie rĂ©gion de l’italie

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
1 point positif : une belle vue sur le golfe, en se penchant par la fenĂȘtre du bureau/salon Ă  l'Ă©tage ; en revanche, pour le reste, ce fut hĂ©las catastrophique : logement sur les hauteurs de Pieve Ligure, non accessible en voiture, il faut emprunter prĂšs de 90 marches et un sentier avant d'arriver ; Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, salpĂȘtre sur les murs et mĂȘme la batterie de cuisine est oxydĂ©e par l'humiditĂ©, la piĂšce de vie est aveugle ; Ă  l'Ă©tage (accessible par un escalier Ă©troit) le couchage est pour 3 max et non 4, il n'y a pas de bain Ă  remous, partout le mĂ©nage est Ă  peine fait (serviette hygiĂ©nique dans la poubelle de salle de bain !), etc... Bref, nous avons fui et un dossier de rĂ©clamation est en cours auprĂšs d'Abritel
