We arrived and had already paid for the room but were asked to pay an additional $75 deposit. Supposedly this will be refunded...we shall see. The first room we were assigned had an old, broken refrigerator, no microwave, no towels, a broken toilet and inoperable shower. There were also no linens on the bed. When we went back to the desk, the clerk wanted us to wait in the room for maintenence to fix all of the issues. I told her that was not acceptable and that we would like a different room. She then assigned us a room on the first floor, but let us know the "wi-fi on the first floor is sketchy." It was. That room had no washcloths, and during our stay we kept finding live roaches. The stay was really not worth the savings.
