You get what you pay

First room we checked into the door didn't close at the bottom, there was hair on bed, the blankets had stains. The second room we got was cleaner but the microwave didn't work. The floors were dirty. The pool was green.

NASTY

It was absolutely nasty, had roaches crawling everywhere, it was hot the air conditioner wasn’t cool, the elevator stinks and was very hot! Y’all need to gut all those rooms start over it was nasty, if nothing else just be clean, there’s no way we could stay there again. BE CLEAN!!!

Don't waste your money

We arrived and had already paid for the room but were asked to pay an additional $75 deposit. Supposedly this will be refunded...we shall see. The first room we were assigned had an old, broken refrigerator, no microwave, no towels, a broken toilet and inoperable shower. There were also no linens on the bed. When we went back to the desk, the clerk wanted us to wait in the room for maintenence to fix all of the issues. I told her that was not acceptable and that we would like a different room. She then assigned us a room on the first floor, but let us know the "wi-fi on the first floor is sketchy." It was. That room had no washcloths, and during our stay we kept finding live roaches. The stay was really not worth the savings.

We didn’t like anything!!!!! The room was smoked in looked like someone kicked the door in and service was horrible. The man at the front desk was beyond rude and hateful

Awful

Absolutely horrible. I don’t know how this place passes inspections. The first room they checked us into had no power to the television, the alarm clock or the phone. The only light that worked in the room was the bathroom light. Went to the desk to ask for a different room and they didn’t act surprised at all. They moved us to a room with no deadbolt on the door and no cover over the battery pack on the door. My mom was in the room next door, and in her room, the electrical switch was being held up with tape. We checked in a little before midnight and were supposed to stay two nights, but we checked out the next morning. They did refund us for second night, but as we were describing the condition to them, their response was literally “it is what it is.”

Didn’t like the gap under the door. Chair was broken tv remote didn’t work need battery. Tv needed plugged back in shelf was broken off.room was not the cleanest. Didn’t feel very safe there. Took a long time to check in. Won’t stay there again.

Well first off the employee was cery rude locked us in the pool area and wouldnt let us out she was very rude to my under age daughter cause she was in the pool i wanted my money back and they wouldnt refund me i will never stay again there if they can treat there customers with respect then they dont need to work the front desk ... and the wr had to change room when we got there cause the room they gave us the air conditioner wouldnt work wr ask for another room and the employee got very smart with my.husband and didnt want to change us room ver bad experience and they wasnt much help whwn staying there .. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN THEY LOST MY BUSINESS..

It was the worst experience ever… Not only did they make me put down $75 on my card and not get it back to me for 10 days… They triple charged me for the room. Then I didn’t get those two $70 charges for five days after constantly calling them and talking to them. It was horrible And the area around the property once outside the room was very very dirty. They should’ve paid me to stay there.

They withheld my deposit for a week (still waiting on it even) without a reason and when i tried to csll them it took me calling 10 different times to get them to answer and they only answered then because i picked the "do a new reservation" option on the menu and then they kept putting me on hold and then told me to call back later instead of giving me a straight answer. They even tried to give me a sales pitch as if i would want to go to them again after this experience, they had me on hold for half an hour and they just said "call back later, we're busy"
