-Guests have access to the entire house except for 2 owners closets 1 located downstairs and the other one is located upstairs. Both have coded locks, please do not tamper with these or you will be subject to a damage fee.

-The road leading to the cabin is somewhat steep. 4WD is recommended and tire chains if there is snow as the roads are not plowed!

-NO cameras are located inside the cabin
⭐️⭐️This cabin is in a wooded setting. You will likely see and hear 2/4/6/8 legged creatures, if this is a fear, please reconsider booking a mountain cabin!. Monthly pest control is in place but occasionally they may slip through the cracks. Black Bears are also present, please do not feed the bears as they can be dangerous but they are a rare sight!
