It was a great stay but the doors are super thin and the walls as well. If you don’t mind hearing other peoples conversations and laughter at 2 in the morning than it’s okay. But overall it was a great stay, clean, comfy beds, and great staff.

Don't stay here if you want to get any rest. The walls are paper thin and you here every door slamming and other patrons talking all night long. You also can here toilets flushing on the rooms next door.

This hotel was okay for our 2 night stay. It is in the middle of attractions and close to Dollywood. The hotel was built in 1995 and reflects its age. There are two buildings to the hotel. The room itself was ok, nothing special. It felt small. The bed had square pillows which was odd. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo, and it was very worn. Definitely could use a reno. But it's convenient location to everything is probably its best selling point.

The rooms are really small compared to picture. Beds were rock hard. For breakfast everyday sausage patties,scrambled eggs,white gravy and biscuits. There was limited parking for handicap people. (Only six parking spots)

The staff were all so very kind and patient, and very attentive. The property was clean and well maintained. We were treated to an amazing HOT buffet breakfast. The pool was great, the hot tub was awesome and well taken care of. We truly wanted for nothing. The room was perfect, we felt safe and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here in the future.
