Overall it was okay but the bed and room were not as expected. The bed was very hard and thin. It is outdated with limited room. My family bumped into one another moving from bathroom to room, toilet seat was wobbly and shower took 5 to 10 minutes to warm up. Trip was great but we didnt enjoy the bed and room.

I had no idea we were given a room that was for people who brought pets. We did not have a pet with us. The first night a dog in the next room barked for several hours. Upon returning home there was a charge manually entered on our credit card that was not authorized by us. I called and they had two other people associated with our account that we did NOT know. My family traveled by ourselves. A week later and I’m still having to call and try to get this resolved. It is still not resolved as of today.
