Room was clean. Could use upgrade on sofa sleeper, little on the uncomfortable side. We have stayed at many other hotels in Pigeon Forge but this by far was the best. Definitely a focus on customer service. A very quiet place.

Everything was great. Except for the non stop running toilet. We adjusted the chain and fixed it after a few times flushing and it not turning off. But staff was great! Place was clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed Theo door and outdoor pools. My boy complaint would be the elevators. It took a very long time for them to reach us.

Good location just off the main strip on the south east end of pigeon forge. Just a couple minutes to the island. Hotel was in pretty good shape for its age & had a nice indoor pool & hot tub as well as an outdoor pool, hot tub & small lazy river. We stayed here one night before heading on over to Gatlinburg for the rest of our vacation & it was perfect for that.

The reviews of this property are very misleading. On Expedia it has a rating of 8.5, which is supposed to be very good. The room was dated, shabby and didn’t pass the smell test. I had 3 toddlers with me and spent most of my time admonishing them to stay off of the nasty carpet, and to quit touching things. My daughter couldn’t bring herself to use the shower, because the bathrooms cleanliness was very questionable. The best thing about the property was the staff, who were very nice and accommodating. Sad to say that I will mark this property off of my list to return to. We are season pass holders to the park, and we have found it’s very hard to find properties in the area that actually have very high standards.

We stayed here for my son’s 8th birthday weekend and I cannot express how Amazing our stay was here. We had his two 9yr old cousins with us one being special needs and the staff was more then accommodating. We got a little loud when presents were opened and they were so polite to us while I was trying to get 3 rowdy birthday kids calmed down. The cleanliness was top notch. We went down for breakfast and the cleaning staff came in cleaned up all our dirty towels refreshed us on those changed the trash and even cleaned the toilet. They also took the kiddos stuffed animals and made them all set up cute on the bed picture below. The pools were very clean as well and breakfast was good. Definitely going to be our go to stay spot when we come to town. 10/10 recommend 🙌
