Nice location in the center of Pidgeon Forge. Convenient to attractions and restaurants. Rooms were clean and stocked with all essentials. The breakfast buffet was not great. Very limited choices and fresh items like fruit and pastries would consistently run out. There is a dog walk area however the grass was very overgrown and not mowed during our stay. Overall, it was a good hotel but I would consider other options for future trips.

Very nice stay at clean and comfortable Holiday Inn. We usually stay at Hilton and Marriott properties but will definitely be looking at thes IHG properties in the future as well. Very modern and clean, nice stay!

everything was great. my husband walks with a cane and has a hard time getting around so it would have been nice if we had been offered help with luggage coming in and leaving. The whole area says it is handicapped friendly but we found that it is only partially friendly so we did not get to do a lot. however, the view of the mountains from our room was worth it.

Was greeted each time as we entered the doors into a big beautiful social Space with large tv & fireplace. Always had fresh coffee and some type of yummy fresh flavored water to get at anytime in lobby. Staff was so amazing, pool area was great ( loved the frog water tree for kids (or adults) plus the fire piece to warm up by if needed in the pool area. The Hot breakfast food bar along with many other options also available was all Amazing. Great view could eat inside or out on a Beautiful deck area with another fire piece. Everything was TOP NOTCH.. We give this place a 10🌟 plus on Everything. Quite and easy to get to all the places.
