Room was huge and pretty clean but we still found some trash under the end tables and some stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had some stains that looked like makeup or maybe food. Other than that the rooftop bar was amazing and the rest of the hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. Lots of parking and close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms I did not care for. They were kind enough to switch rooms for us because the exhaust fan didn’t work in our first room but then it didn’t work in the second bathroom either. The bathrooms are not private at all. There is still a gap in the door when closed as they are barn style doors that slide and you can hear the person in the restroom, not a pleasant experience as I was complete privacy when using the restroom.

Rooms were clean, the gentlemen at the front was awesome! But checking in is horrible you have to go to the embassy suits beside it to check in. We came back from Dollywood and the key wouldn’t work so had to go back to the embassy suits and redo them. It’s a mess. The parking spots are very small too. Once you get in it’s hard to open your doors and get out.
