It was dirty power, and the floors were nasty had not been cleaned. Walkways were nasty. The reservation people were rude.

Everything was excellent. Only 1 complaint. We got to breakfast at 7am and didnt get our food until 7:45 my son and husbands food was cold. Not sure what happened there. Otherwise the food was really good. I got the avocado toast and they got bacon and eggs. My husband's bacon was so overcooked that it crumbled to the touch. Like it was made the day before. We were one of the first families their. So again not sure what took so long and how their food wasn't fresh.

Not so good!

When arriving to our joining rooms, the floors were not clean. Window had lip and hand prints where it had not been cleaned. No remote to the TV. Refrigerator would not close. Something sticky in the floor by the refrigerator. Bed Bug covers were not on our beds, but in our joining room there were bed bug covers. Night stand in one of our rooms was completely off the wall. Baseboards had lots of built up dust. Light switch for lamp would not turn the light off. Ceiling in the room was peeling. I actually had our room cleaned again. My daughter and her families room I actually cleaned myself. I shouldn’t have but I did. Staff were not friendly, breakfast was just ok. No vending machines, and no microwave. The best was the pool and Elvis tribute night. Young man who performed Elvis did a great job. I do not plan to stay here again. I was so excited since I like the retro look, but the motel yes motel was a let down.

Good concept, but execution could be better.

Room was very clean. Shower floor left a bit to be desired with some grime at the edges (the shower was HUGE, so it wasn't a big deal... just an eyesore and would have been an easy fix for thorough cleaning staff). We did not love the breakfast, and the coffee was not good. Overall, the concept and design of the hotel are great. Easy to see what they're trying to achieve with this reno. The execution left a bit to be desired, especially in terms of service and food. Parking was also difficult at night; doesn't seem to be enough to accommodate overnight guests and pool party guests.

The hotel is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge so convenient if you want to walk over to the island. There was a nice bar area and the pool was decent. The hotel room wasn’t anything special. It was quite small for 5 of us and wasn’t very clean (dirty floor and bathroom) It’s essentially a motel, as all the hotels are in that area. Housekeeping came daily which was good, although they’d only make up 2 out of the 3 beds which was strange. A minor issue though!

Awesome location to everything...The in Hotel Restaurant really could use more knowledgeable staff .... Breakfast was off the hook....The room bathroom floor could use a down home scrubbing and attention to detail....

This place is just ok. I booked because the pool looked real nice. It was just ok. Too many kids and the pool was dirty. I will say the air stream with drink service was a nice touch. They had an Elvis impersonator and that was good. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Lady who checked us in was decent upon check in until she had an interaction with our dogs. They tried to go up to her and she freaked out. I understand she may be afraid of dogs but you are a pet friendly hotel. Also next evening we went to sit in the bar and she must not have recognized us because she was t complaining to a co-worker about our dogs and us. I will not return here!!
