The “Main House” is the centerpiece of the property, featuring four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with a dry bar, and a custom-built dining room table to accommodate the whole team! "The Oregon" is a charming 2-bedroom cabin on the property, complete with a porch, a comfortable living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. And let's not forget the sweet "Wildflower" cabin, which features two sets of large bunk beds, a Smart TV, and another full bathroom. “The Corral” (Theater and Game Room) offers a ping pong table, an indoor basketball, and a flat-screen TV perfect for movie nights. The Main House and the Oregon House both boast a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, gleaning granite countertops, and ample space for preparing delicious meals. Complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! And when it comes to dining, you have options galore. In the Main House, a custom-built dining room table is available to accommodate the whole family; Dining for 5 at the Oregon House; Or enjoy a meal al fresco on the deck of the pool house, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Smoky Mountains and the warm glow of a firepit.

Outdoors, you can bask in the sunshine and take a refreshing dip in the inviting outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), perfect for those warm summer days. The pool area is equipped with comfortable lounges and Adirondack chairs, providing an ideal spot for sunbathing or just unwinding by the water. And for those evenings when you want to gather around a crackling fire, there is not one, but two fire pits to choose from. One is conveniently located beside the pool, while the other graces the deck of the pool house, creating the perfect atmosphere for s'mores and stargazing. If relaxation is more your style, the soothing hot tub is just a few steps away, offering a tranquil retreat to melt away the stress of everyday life. Indoors, “Pioneer Trail Retreat” continues to impress with a range of entertainment options that will keep everyone entertained. The Game Room is a hub of excitement, complete with a ping pong table for some friendly competition. Basketball enthusiasts can enjoy an indoor basketball hoop for a game of hoops right in the game room. And for those who prefer a cinematic experience, the theater seats in front of the huge flat-screen TV provide the perfect setting for movie nights or catching the big game.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

NOTE: Due to the vastness of the property, WiFi is available only in the Main House.

IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

The property is currently experiencing an ongoing water shortage. We kindly ask all future guests to be mindful of their water usage. Please stagger your water consumption and take steps to conserve water during your stay. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will help maintain the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
