Mountain View Condos - Yksikkö 3105

Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee kolmannessa pohjakerroksen rakennuksessa, josta on upeat näkymät puistoon, kuten vuoristoon taustalla.   Tämä rakennus on lähinnä uima-allasta, sisäuima-allasta ja kaikkia muita mukavuuksia.  Nauti king-sängystä isossa isännässä näkymällä uuteen .25 / mailin kävelypolkuun, kerrossänkyjen sarjaan kaapissa olevaan deniin ja kuningatar-vuodesohva.  Tämä yksikkö nukkuu yhteensä 6 henkilöä.  Nauti päivitetyistä huonekaluista ja kauniista sisustuksista.



Yksi täydellinen kylpyhuone makuuhuoneessa.  Se on laatoitettu ja siinä on erillinen puutarhatyyny ja suihku, kaksi turhuutta.  Kylpyhuoneessa on hiustenkuivaaja.  Tärkeimmässä oleskelutilassa on puoli kylpyamme kerrossänkykaapin vieressä.



Tässä yksikössä on pohjakerroksen sisäänkäynti upeaan puistoon, kuten vuoristoon taustalla.  Se on täydellinen lapsiperheille TAI perheille, jotka pitävät pohjakerroksen yksiköistä.  Lisäksi tämä yksikkö on päivittänyt heidän patjansa ulosvedettävällä sohvalla mukavaksi, muistivahvapatjaksi.  Kaikki yksiköt ovat täysin liikuntarajoitteisille 3 jalan ovella.



Tavoitteenamme on tarjota kaunis paikka jäädä erittäin kilpailukykyiseen hintaan, koska haluamme paluukävijöitä.  Lomakeskus sijaitsee Plaza Drive -liikenteessä 0 ja 1 liikennevaloilla suoraan viihdealueella Country Tonightin takana.    Päätiellä on vaunu pysähtyy $ .50 ratsastaa koko Pigeon Forge.  Lomakeskus on noin 2 kilometrin päässä Dollywoodista, softball-kentistä ja The Islandista (mukaan lukien Margaritaville ja Paula Deanin).

Lomakeskuksemme kuuluu yksi ulkouima-allas ja yksi sisäuima-allas.  Ulkouima-altaassa on sieni-vesiominaisuus ja matala kahluualue ja se lämmitetään loka-joulukuussa ja maalis-toukokuussa.  Sisäuima-allas on käyttökelpoinen ja lämmitys tarpeen mukaan vuoden mittaan.    Meillä on myös pallo, lentopallo, hevosenkengät, kaksi pelirakennetta, koripallokenttä, shuffleboard ja 17 hengen porealtaat.  On olemassa monia ulkosäilyttimiä sekä piknik-alueita.  Muista tarkistaa uusin viihtyisyys, neljäsosa kilometrin kävelyreitti meidän 5 hehtaarin vihre��ä tilaa.  Rakastat puistoa, kuten asetusta, ja lapset rakastavat tilaa vaeltaa.

While the home was nice, many of the linens were stained and the floors and furniture were very dusty as if they had not been cleaned recently. Also, most remotes did not have working batteries so access to some of the amenities was not available. Master bed was comfortable but very squeaky.

Love to stay at Mountain View Condos. Great central location to activities. Enjoyed the ground floor location. Quiet area. Door lock was difficult to get open. Bed slept well but was noisy(springs?) with any movement. Dining Chairs upholstery worn. Shower head was cracked and leaked, notified Tracy.

The unit was FILTHY, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time....There was bug(s) in the bed when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed!! We slept on the couch sitting up because we were concerned that there were bed bugs in the bed. The toilet was gross, it had not been cleaned at all. The tables had something sticky on them. The shower had mold and mildew on the walls and shower floor. It was horrible conditions, especially considering that they state that you will have the best stay in the area. The so called "free" tickets to attractions have to be used 1 at a time and only 1 ticket per day, if you don't use it everyday you forfeit the "free" tickets...,what a joke and a scam!

Great location

We have been to Pigeon Forge a couple times now and this is our second time staying in this area. We love the location for the convenience. You are close to all the attractions but not to close. Our condo did have a couple minor issues and I would say the most major one that stood out to us was the cleanliness and that there was still Fall decorations up. I just feel that it needs a really good deep cleaning. The floors were not very clean and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. All in all we will be back but I hope that house keeping steps up there game.

The location is amazing, and the condo is nice. The toilet had a little black circle like it hadn’t been cleaned. There were multiple plates and forks we pulled out of the cupboard and drawer that were dirty.

Perfect location, but disappointing

This is the second maybe third time we stayed in this unit. I didn’t give negative review the last time. I read previous reviews and dates to see some of my same complaints. Cleanliness is a BIG issue. It obviously always has been. We showed up 45 minutes after check in and the unit was untouched. I had previously suggested before that maybe they need to check in on their cleaning company. Others have also suggested the same. I also think if something is broken or looks bad it should be addressed and not left looking shabby.

A Great Family Vacation

We had a great week exploring Pigeon Forge. Made some great memories. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The pools and outdoor spaces were a big hit. The owner was very quick with responses. Plenty of towels were provided. Definitely bring your own pillows. The bar stools are broken and should be replaced before they collapse and someone gets hurt. The neighbors were so friendly and you could not beat the location. We will definitely stay again!

Little to be desired.

Crumbs on table upon arrival… potentially from under table runner that was just misssed but still. Dryer makes a terrible high pitched metal rubbing sound. Twin beds not made. No sheets for couch bed or air mattress. Sheets in master not matching.All white linens are stained and grungy. Pots and pans very worn and kitchen items in short supply. Back door looks like you can push it off the hinges.

Overall the condo was nice. I feel that they cleaning crew could up their game. I don’t think the floors were mopped prior to our arrival and definitely not clean under the and if the furniture in the living room. We did have ants in the kitchen the first night we were there and had to throw a few things away that were on the countertops. I sent a message to the manager and received a reply very quickly. She said she notified maintenance and he was coming to spray. Well he sprayed outside the front door and outside the back door and never entered the condo. I had to send another message and the next day a pest control company arrived and took care of the problem. The maintenance guy on the property is a nice guy but struggles on getting things fixed the first time. We have stayed in these condos before and he had to come out a couple of times to fix something. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy access but the little things got us!

First - the ad is not exactly accurate. There is ONE large bathroom with a giant jacuzzi tub and a very small shower and two sinks. There is a half bath in the main living area. One queen bed, two bunk beds, and one pullout couch. I had to ask a lot of questions to get the full look at the layout. We had three issues while we were there. The battery in the smoke detector was bad and beeped all night the first night (yes, we took out the battery and it still beeped-think Phoebe on Friends). We put the detector in the fridge so we could sleep. I called that night for help and did not receive a call back. The next morning the main toilet would not flush and the beeping smoke detector were still going. I contacted and they quickly responded that they would get things fixed. We returned at 11 pm that night and the smoke detector was laying on the counter where we left it beeping away. The toilet was repaired. So again we slept with detector in fridge and the beeping all night. We also woke up to a TV outage our last morning (which was not the owners fault) but just another thing that was an issue for us. The dining table bench was peeling and needs replacing and the sheets were not put on the bunk beds. We had to make those up ourselves. What was great - the AC was on point and the location was awesome. Enough parking and access to everything was close. Change the batteries in the smoke detectors on a schedule and don't leave your guests with a beeping mess for two nights. I would have bought a battery had I known they would not repair as requested.

Expected better for the price!

As a whole the property was in a perfect spot and had a decent amount of space. However upon arrival it appeared that it had not been cleaned or not cleaned well. The kitchen had cob webs along the ceiling and not sure if the top of the refrigerator has ever been cleaned. The bathroom floor had dirt all over it. The dishes in the cupboards were put away wet and the railing on the bunkbed was not even attached to the bed frame. It might also be time to cycle out the towels. Although they appeared clean they were not really white any longer.

It was okay!

Overall it was okay! I had to message the property owner at 3 asking for the check in info check in was at 4 they got back to me about 4:30 with how to check in! The pullout couch was really useless since you sunk in between the bars! I had to go on a hunt for the towels that were in a half bath and not the bathroom with a shower. The shower had hair from a women and a man on the walls so that was kinda gross!! Overall it was an okay place to stay if we book this room again I’ll bring cleaning supplies!!
