Completely independent and with a private garden, Villa Mila is located in a strategic position, ideal for those who want to enjoy a holiday by the sea but in the tranquillity of a residential area, well connected to the city centre via the cycle path that allows you to reach the sea in just a few minutes.
Villa Mila is suitable for large families or groups of friends, and is arranged on three levels. On the entrance floor there is a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, overlooking the sea view balcony, a kitchen with access to the outdoor patio and a bathroom with washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with balconies, and a third bedroom with a French bed, also with balcony; also on the upper floor is a bathroom with tub.
Through the internal staircase, from the entrance floor it is possible to access the tavern that offers a large living room with fireplace and independent kitchenette; from the corridor it is possible to access the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, and a bathroom with shower box and washing machine.
From the tavern there is also access to the private garden, equipped with table and chairs.
