Dive into the community's delights – a heated pool, spa, clubhouse with a cozy living room, kitchen, and game room, all secured within a gated haven with private beach access.

Perfect for family getaways or a romantic couples retreat, this smoke-free, pet-free abode offers keyless entry and accommodates a maximum of two autos. While AC is not on the list, the home radiates cool vibes and ocean breeze. The main living area sits on the 2nd level, bedrooms on the 3rd, providing a delightful separation of spaces. There is an electric BBQ for guest use. The HOA warms up the pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the spa stays cozy all year round. Please note that the property owner can't guarantee pool or spa operation during your stay.

Now, for some quirky trivia: the living room fireplace is currently taking a break (awaiting a replacement part), but the charm of this coastal haven remains unaffected!

Great Location in Pismo

We arrived on Friday night after a three hour drive from Fresno Ca and had a little trouble opening the door with the code but it finally worked and we entered a beautiful condo right near the beach. The grounds are beautiful and path to the beach is an easy walk. The Condo is beautiful but has three sets of stairs so was a little difficult for me since I've had a hip replacement but the location was so worth it. Very close to all the local restaurants and the pier. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay right down town.

Great property in a great location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s super close to the beach and the pier and the main shopping areas. Also great that we had access to a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

We traveled with my family of two adult kids. Beautiful view of the beach from the main bedroom. Kitchen and living area on one floor and the bedrooms are top floor. We had a lovely family summer vacation.

Great location

Cute multi-level townhouse with a great location. A few minutes to walk to the beach or any of the local businesses. The kids in our group loved having the pool and hot tub available as well. Very clean and easy to access.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay here. The beach is right next to the property. The pier is a block away, with lots of good food options walkable. The home has been updated recently and there are a lot of good facilities+furnishings in the house. There are a lot of things the owners have kept that can be used by guests - pool towels separate from the linen provided, surf boards, sand toys for kids, etc. Be aware that the pool in the community is only heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day - we did not know this before our stay.
