We had a great stay. The house is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We enjoyed nearby bakeries (Third Space) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to some; drove to others. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would be happy to be repeat visitors.

We arrived at 4:45 PM (well after check-in time) to find the house trashed and smelled so horrible of marijuana and other odors and the cleaning person still working inside. We had to leave with all of our belonging that we just brought into the house to give the cleaning lady more time to finish. We finally got into the house 2 hours later after she sent me a text that she was done. We should have at least received a text or call alerting us of the delay in checking in. Seeing the condition the house was in when we got there was hard to believe. I immediately reached out to the management company requesting either another home nearby or some compensation for the inconvenience, but no options were given and we had no choice but to put up with a home that smelled like marijuana the entire stay, along with bedding that smelled like body odor. The kitchen sink pipe was leaking underneath the sink. There was so much garbage from the previous renters. The outside cans were overflowing, and we had no place to remove our garbage to, so we left it bagged on the porch. (Animals had already gotten into the other garbage.)We have stayed at many rentals through VRBO over the years, and we have never experienced anything like this. The performance of this management company in this case certainly took away from creating at least a satisfactory experience with this property.
