We stayed for one night, the front staff were not welcoming the guests. They were not smiling and friendly. Have to repeat my address multiple times and finally have to write it down for them for my credit card transaction. Not sure if they know how to enter the information, the transaction was failing multiple times. Then another associate has to pitch in to get the transaction go through. The exhaust in the bathroom is not working and there were lot of mold in the bathroom. I have let the front desk know about it. I skipped the breakfast due to uncleanliness of the whole hotel. There were smell of cigar smoke in the hallways.

This is one of the poorly maintained hotel. The hotel is not at all clean and there is no proper ventilation. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I chose this hotel as it is near to SV temple, then I realized that I made a poor choice after checking into the hotel.

Comfort Inn and Conference Center

Our room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean but you could see where the motel had been busy making renovations. Chips of paint were in the hallway and you could tell that walls had been recently painted. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good stay.

Room was nice and clean. Hallway smelled like mildew since we were close to the pool area. But the room itself did not smell. Beds were comfortable and clean. They give you wrist bands for the pool and for breakfast in the morning. No one monitors use of these. Pool area was not as nice as the pictures. Definitely needs a face lift. Pool towels were too small even for my 9 year old skinny kid. Chairs in the pool room were broken. Pool itself seemed clean and taken care of. Breakfast was good. Many options for everyone. The waitress there was so nice and helpful. Very hard working making sure everyone was ok and tables were clean. It was 9:30 when they started cleaning some of the stuff up tho, when breakfast was to end at 10am. Would stay again since it was close to the amusement parks, and in a decent area. Was surprised it was so quiet being close to the interstate. Would stay again.

This hotel is unsanitary, and unsafe. The trash bins in the common areas were overflowing, there was puke going down the stairs, ants in my bed, and mold and bugs on the walls. There were people smoking various things and the hallways smelled of marijuana so bad it was seeping into my room. I brought it to staff’s attention and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Do you enjoy smelling stale cigs all the time?

The entire hotel including linen smelled like old stale cigarettes. The staff were not polite with guests. I will not stay here again.

The room was decent, but damp. The hallways smelled and felt damp and dingy. People were smoking cigarettes and other things right outside the outside doors even though there are signs everywhere saying no smoking on the property. The hot water was inconsistent. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 2 times in a 7 day stay. During that 7 day stay, housekeeping only came one time. They knocked on the door and I asked them to come back the next day because I was about to nap, but they never came back. I had to go myself to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Trash was never even taken out. Overall, my stay wasn't great. The staff was nice enough, but this property desperately needs updated and renovated and cleaned more often.

This hotel is a dump. The wall sockets were loose. The telephone wall socket didn't work, so no dial tone. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone. They do not deliver towels and washclothes to the room, you have to pick them up yourself from the front desk. The room smelled of smoke. The mirror in the bathroom looked old and had unwipeable stains on it. I've never stayed in a comfort inn like this ever. Comfort Inns are my go to whenever I travel.

WILL NOT stay at this hotel again and question whether I’lI stay at another Choice Hotel location. The photos posted for this “Conference Center” when booking the room do not reflect the terribly poor condition of the property. The “restaurant” was essentially a bar. We checked in, walked to blg C, and immediately smelled marijuana inside the building. On our way to our room, there was discarded carpet, peeling paint and an unfinished ceiling drywall patch in the corridor. In our room 170, more peeling paint, a few bugs, a large hole in the bed comforter, urine on the rim of the toilet, and rusty lamps and bathroom fixtures from what appeared to be ongoing humidity issues. The complimentary shampoo in the bathroom was half used, and had not been replaced by housekeeping. These conditions were deplorable, especially for the amount of dollars paid for the one-night stay.
