The hotel was fine/clean, typical airport area hotel. I had an issue with the airport shuttle being very late (then telling me there was no room—I squeezed in). Luckily TSA was moving along quickly enough that I caught my flight (barely).

Would definitely stay again!

Room and bathroom were super clean!! Bed was comfy though, blankets had a rough feeling to them but still slept great. Shower was nice and hot too! Breakfast area was smaller and hard to get your food if anyone else was up there but good variety and fresh! Only thing I could even complain about was check in/check out, upon arrival it was shift change I guess so the girl ignored me until I said ‘hi’ and she replies ‘ my shift is done, she will get you in a minute’ took a few minutes for the the other girl to come out but she was nice though. Checkout, the desk was unattended with a note saying to call a number if it’s an emergency. We had to get on our way and after 15 minutes I couldn’t wait anymore so I ended up leaving the room key on the desk and leaving.

Our stay was fine, the rooms were clean, and the staff was mostly friendly. Our issues were with one staff member who we asked for assistance from three times and got ignored. We asked for a towel to wipe down the high chair as it was nasty. He never assisted us despite asking several times. We then went to get ice and the ice that came out of the machine had mold in it and the catch tray was covered in black mold.

Friendly staff, great location, included breakfast, no extra fees for self parking, so many restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again.
